We are called to share our faith and spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Currently, we are supporting the new mission start congregation Roots of Life in Noblesville, supporting Mission Builders, and Lutherwood.

Roots of Life Church

SOC is a congregation that loves to start new congregations.  ROL is a new congregation forming in Noblesville, under the leadership of Rev. Teri Ditslear.

ELCA Mission Builders

When SOC first built the building on the hill as it stands today, Mission Builders was involved. They worked with local volunteers to build a building and a community.  Then, SOC sent out Bill & Becky Graves to continue the work.
Mission Builders, in thankfulness for all God has provided, use their God-given skills to help ELCA congregations, schools, camps and social ministry organizations construct or improve their facilities. While their hands do God’s work and provide housing for ministries, their hearts and voices share their faith and build up the body of Christ. Mission Builders build with local members of congregations, schools, camps and social ministry organizations. A typical project includes the Mission Builders, members of the congregation or organization and various other professionals from the community working side-by-side to improve facilities.

Part of Lutheran Child and Family Services of Indianapolis, Lutherwood is a licensed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) that specializes in the care and treatment of children who exhibit chronic behavioral and/or emotional problems.
